1. Administration/ Schedule Setting
1.1 Summary
1.1.1 Business Need
Defined users:
Super User/Administrator with full rights:
Add/Edit/Delete
Reactivate account
Access to admin part of the OSCAR
Main purpose of Administration/ Roles is:
To support pre-configuration of schedule slots or blocks by provider
1.1.2. Description
There is one default schedule in the system and it must be applied to each provider in order for them to show up on the appointments screen.
Administration/ Schedule Setting use cases are designed to set Template Code Setting (assign a one-character code letter or number, a description, duration, etc), Day Template Setting for Public/ provider (Public templates are automatically designated 'P:' and will develop templates available to all users when setting up personal schedules; personal templates remain available to the designated provider only), Provider Schedule Setting in order to set up the schedule using the developed templates.
1.1.3. Pre-action requirements/state:
OSCAR McMaster Test Version 12.1, system, and DB are up, configured and working as expected.
1.1.4. Post-action state:
OSCAR McMaster Test Version 12.1 is running and behaving as expected.
OSCAR McMaster Test Version 12.1 has all functionality prior to the change (outside of removing functionality intentionally)
