Welcome to the OSCAR EMR Developer Corner. The administrator of this site is Marc Dumontier

OSCAR is an open source (GPL v2)  Web Application developed using the JAVA programming language using a simple architectural stack. The software runs within the Apache Tomcat web container and uses the file system and a MySQL database for persistence. The primary frameworks in use are Struts 1.3.x, Spring Framework, JPA, Hibernate, Angular 1.x, and JQuery.
