Encounter Flowsheets requirements (Confluence link: https://oscaremr.atlassian.net/wiki/pages/viewpage.action?spaceKey=QA&title=OLD+OMD-based+testing+checklist&src=email) need to be aligned with Ontario MD EMR Specification document set that describes the high level and detail requirements central to the general EMR application. Encounter Flowsheets Use cases are created to meet the EMR Requirements of Appendix C – EMR Specification v4.0 (3.1 – Diabties Care Elements, 3.2 – Asthma Care Elements, 3.3 – Heart Failure Elements, 3.4 – COPD Care Elements, 3.5 – Hypertension Care Elements) for Oscar application and to validate the application Flowsheets functionality.
1.1.2. Description
Encounter Flowsheets use cases are designed to include all mandatory OMD data elements for 5 flowsheets (diabetes, asthma, heart failure, COPD, hypertension). Each flowsheet has a set of OMD requirements including ranges (ie Hypertension/ LDL-C treatment target < 3.5 mmol/L) and how often they should be completed (ie annually, monthly). Flowsheets should visually indicate elements of care that are out of treatment interval. Flowsheets can be modified both for a single patient and overall for a provider. Users should be able to create and print flowsheets.
1.1.3. Pre-action requirements/state:
OSCAR McMaster Test Version 12.1, system, and DB are up, configured and working as expected.
1.1.4. Post-action state:
