1. Administration/ Diabetes Export
1.1 Summary
1.1.1 Business Need
Defined users:
Super User/Administrator with full rights:
Add/Edit/Delete
Reactivate account
Access to admin part of the OSCAR
Main purpose of Administration/ Diabetes Export is:
To be able to filter on start/end date for reporting
To load diabetes schema file from OMD website
To export data for patients of all/ selected provider
1.1.2. Description
Patient demographic data can be transferred to another clinic or to another compatible program. The Patient Demographic Export abstracts files and exports them in a standardized import/ export format. Administration/ Diabetes Export use cases are designed to include all OMD diabetes data elements (Appendix D - EMR Specification v4.0 - 2.0 – Diabetes Export). Export data for patients of all providers and for patients of a single provider. Report should be filtered on Start date/ End date of reporting range. EMR must load the schema file for diabetes reporting real-time from Ontario MD website (this url set in oscar.properties file: https://www.ontariomd.ca/cms/xml/ontariomd_cds_diabetes.xsd)

OSCAR McMaster Test Version 12.1, system, and DB are up, configured and working as expected.
1.1.4. Post-action state:
OSCAR McMaster Test Version 12.1 is running and behaving as expected.
OSCAR McMaster Test Version 12.1 has all functionality prior to the change (outside of removing functionality intentionally)
