1.0 Test Include all OMD mandatory allergies data elements

#1	Connect to the OSCAR main page	Launch URL: http://192.168.1.202:8080/Oscar12_1/index.jsp	OSCAR main page with the login is opened
#2	Log In	Enter user's valid credentials (User Name / Password/2nd Level Pass code if applicable)	By entering right credentials user is getting system verification acceptance. Once logged in, user is redirected to the Appointment screen with various OSCAR options
#3	Access patient's search results page	Click on “Search” Tab	Patient's search results page opens
#4	Verify default search type	Verify that Name is default search type	Name is default search type
#5	Search by patient name	Enter Patient name in search input box and click on “Search” button	Patient's records are listed based on the entered keyword
#6	Activate eChart module	Select E hyperlink to open eChart from the current record	eChart module is opened for the selected patient
#7	Access Edit Allergies Profile page	Click on Allergies heading on the left hand side bar	Edit Allergies Profile page opens in a new window
#8	Search by allergy	Enter keyword in a search box to search for allergy	Allergy types are populated
#9	Search allergy by categories	Select/ deselect search category (Drug classes, Ingredients, Generic Names, Brand Names)	Search categories are selected
#10	Perform search	Click on Search button	Allergy search results are listed
#11	Select relevant search result	Click on Drug name	Add reaction page opens
#12	Complete reaction form	Fill out the form	Reaction form is completed
