Click on the OSCAR EMR logo on the top left hand corner of the window at the beginning of the menu line to access the new UI.

By entering right credentials user is getting system verification acceptance.

Once logged in, user is redirected to the Appointment screen with various OSCAR options

#4Activate eChart moduleSelect Summary tab to open eChart or patient summary from the current recordeChart or patient summary screen is opened for the selected patient   
#5Open new Ongoing Concerns formClick on “+” sign at the right top of Ongoing Concerns boxOngoing concerns popup window displays   
#6Fill out the formFill out the fields to complete the formForm is completed   
#7Verify all mandatory OMD ongoing concerns data elementsVerify that all ongoing concerns data elements are included in the form: Date of Onset (Start Date), Life Stage, Resolution Date, Problem Description, Problem Status, Notes and Assigned Issues.All mandatory ongoing concerns data elements are included in the form (Check OntarioMD requirements)   
#8Select “Ongoing Concerns as part of CPP” optionVerify that “Ongoing Concerns as part of CPP” is checked off by default“Ongoing Concerns as part of CPP” is checked off   
#9Sign, Save and ExitClick on Sign, Save and Exit buttonNote is Signed, Saved and closed   
#10View the NoteNote should be listed in Ongoing Concerns sectionNote is listed in Ongoing Concerns section
