1.0 Test Display all Mandatory OMD Attached Files Data Elements

OSCAR login page is opened

By entering right credentials user is getting system verification acceptance.

Once logged in, user is redirected to the Appointment screen with various OSCAR options

Click on the OSCAR EMR logo on the top left hand corner of the window at the beginning of the menu line to access the new UI.

#4Activate eChart moduleSelect Summary tab to open eChart or patient summary from the current recordeChart or patient summary screen is opened for the selected patient

Accompanying Sub-Class, Mnemonic, Description
Observation Date/ time
HRM results Status

It is necessary to select different document types to verify all the fields

All mandatory OMD data elements are included in the form
