Abnormal target/interval range visual indicators

This test case covers the OMD required visual flag for items outside target/interval range.
Actors/Related actors:
- care provider
Pre-action requirements/state:
- Care provider is active in OSCAR
- A patient demographic must exist in OSCAR
- Measurement values inserted that are outside the target/interval range
Post-action state:
- Visual indicators are displayed in the measurement display section of the Health Tracker module
Steps to perform the test case:

1 | Login to OSCAR as a Care Provider | Successfully login to OSCAR as a Care Provider and theAppointment page is displayed. |
2 | Click on the green OSCAR EMR logo, the first item on the menu bar to enter into new UI. | The Landing Page of the new UI is shown with notifications in a new window. |
3 | Enter in the last name for the existing patient demographic on the Patient Search box located on the top left corner | The last name for an existing patient is displayed in the Search text box |
4 | Click the Search button beside the search input box | A list of patients that match the previous entered last name appears |
5 | Click on the patient name to access the patient's Details page | The Patient Details page appears in a new window |
6 | Click on Health Tracker menu item (Tab) to display the Health Tracker page | The Health Tracker page appears |
7 | Once in the Health Tracker page, locate, click on and observe the measurement values that are outside the target/interval range for said measurement | Visual indicators should be visible to indicate whether a measurement value is low/normal/high |
Failure Steps:
- No visual indicators are present to represent items outside of the target/interval range
