Encounter Ticklers

1.0 Test Add Tickler to a Patient Record from Appointment Screen

#1	Connect to the OSCAR main page	1. OSCAR EMR Test Version 15, system and DB up and running. 2. OSCAR user is registered and have the correct credentials to login	OSCAR login page is opened
#2	Log In	Oscar welcome page prompts user to Enter credentials (User Name / Password) Click on the OSCAR EMR logo on the top left hand corner of the window at the beginning of the menu line to access the new UI.	By entering right credentials user is getting system verification acceptance. Once logged in, user is redirected to the Appointment screen with various OSCAR options
#3	Access Tickler screen	Click on Tickler Tab on the top navigation bar	The Tickler page appears in a new window
#4	Access Add Tickler page	Scroll down and click on Add Tickler button	Add Tickler page opens
#5	Complete the form	Fill out the fields: Demographic name (enter patient name to search) Service date (select the date) Priority (High, Normal, Low) Task assigned to (select provider name) Reminder message	Form is completed
#6	Submit the form	Click on Submit and Exit button	Tickler is added
#7	Tickler should be listed on Tickler page	Verify that Tickler is added in a list on Tickler page	Tickler is added in a list on Tickler page
#8	Search the patient name	Click on “Search” Tab from Appointment screen	Patient's search results page opens
#9	Activate eChart module	Select E hyperlink to open eChart from the current record	eChart module is opened for the selected patient
#10	Tickler is added to associated patient	Verify that Tickler is added in a list under Tickler heading	Tickler is added in a list under Tickler heading

#6	Access Add Tickler page	Click on Add Tickler button at the bottom of the screen.	Add Tickler page opens
#7	Complete the form	Fill out the fields: Demographic name Service date (select the date) Priority (High, Normal, Low) Task assigned to (select provider name) Reminder message	Form is completed

1.2 Test Add Tickler for Outstanding Consultation from Appointment Screen
