1.0 Test Site Set-up

Verify that 4 clinics plus the Central Office Location which all need to be identified separately, additionally are available for selection:
• STD Clinic
• Street Health Clinic
• Other satellite clinic locations (hardware and network connection dependant):
1. Dundas Sexual Health Clinic
2. East End Sexual Health Clinic
3. Mountain Sexual Health Clinic
4. Waterdown Sexual Health Clinic
Clinic sites are available for selection   
#2Access to the clinic site Select the clinic site from the drop down box on Location screenBy selecting clinic from the drop down menu, user proceeds to the appointment schedule screen for that day in the Clinic Case Management system view   
#3Locations settings Verify that
1. Each clinic site to be set up as a Program
2. All sexual health clinic locations are to have full access of the client charts and documentation across the board with no restrictions

#4Input data into the “Reason to Visit” field 1. Enter data into the “Reason to Visit” free text field
2. Text field is accepting any information in a free text format, up to 255 characters maximum
Free text can be entered up to 255 characters into “Reason to Visit” field   
#5Book an appointment for the patient Fill out all mandatory fields to create an appointment and select “Add” buttonAppointment is added to the system and immediately presented on the main screen of the Appointments Schedule   
#6Verify that appointment is successfully created Review appointment for the patient from the Appointments screen1. Appointment is found and visible on the appointment screen
2. User can review the appointment

1. Main PHN queue should be set-up as 2 columns for all drop-ins;
2. Labeled 'Walk-Ins 1' and 'Walk-Ins 2'

#5Additional queue for MD/NP Walk-in clients availability Verify that
1. Additional queue for MD/NP Walk-in clients is set up
2. Label as 'MD/NP Walk-Ins'
