Allow for the manual ad hoc retrieval of hospital reports.

Actors/Related actors:

  1. Business Clerks, Records Team, Nurse Practitioners and Physicians

Pre-action requirements/state:

  1. OSCAR is configured and working as expected
  2. OSCAR user is configured with rights to the inbox
  3. HRM preferences have been configured correctly (user name, SFTP site, private key, decryption key)

Post-action state:

  1. OSCAR Inbox is working as expected

Steps to perform the test case:

  1. Click the "Admin" link in OSCAR
  2. Click Hospital Report Manager (HRM) Status
  3. Click the button "Fetch New Data From HRM"

Failure Steps:

  1. failure result: The user is not able to access and/or trigger the manual polling process.

Success Steps:

expected result: User is able to adjust the frequency of the automatic polling

  1. User is able to access the manual HRM polling module
  2. User is able to do a manual poll of HRM files

  3. Clinician has access to manual polling

  4. Clinician attempts a manual polling

Alternate Flows:

  1. Check manual polling attempts in the audit trail
