Attachment B: 3.1A

Allow the automated submission of a request to the HRM for transmission of qualified reports.

Actors/Related actors:

  1. Business Clerks, Records Team, Nurse Practitioners and Physicians

Pre-action requirements/state:

  1. OSCAR is configured and working as expected
  2. OSCAR user is configured with rights to the inbox
  3. HRM preferences have been configured correctly (user name, SFTP site, private key, decryption key)

Post-action state:

  1. OSCAR Inbox is working as expected

Steps to perform the test case:

  1. Click the "Admin" link in OSCAR
  2. Click Hospital Report Manager (HRM) Preferences
  3. Enter the minutes in the "Auto Polling Interval" textbox
  4. Click the "Submit" button

Failure Steps:

  1. failure result: The user is not able to adjust the automatic polling time (frequency) and automatic polling is not setup as expected

Success Steps:

expected result: User is able to adjust the frequency of the automatic polling

  1. User is able to adjust the frequency of the automatic polling
  2. HRM reports are automatically downloaded

  3. The default polling interval has been setup for the Reference Site

  4. Functionality for changing the polling interval is available

  5. HRM reports are automatically downloaded

  1. Check auto polling attempts in the audit trail
