Description:

creating schedule/templates for the physicians and their groups within OSCAR

Actors/Related actors:

  1. administration team

Pre-action requirements/state:

  1. OSCAR and MyOSCAR (where applicable) are both configured and working as expected

Post-action state:

  1. schedules/templates have been added successfully and are available for use

Steps to perform the test case:

  1. login to OSCAR with admin privileges

  2. click on "administration"

  3. click on "Schedule Setting"

  4. select a physician in the "template setting for" dropdown menu

  5. click "template setting"

  6. give the template a name by entering text in the "template name" textbox

  7. give the template a summary by entering text in the "summary" textbox

  8. put a "1" in each of the textboxes for the times that you want this schedule to include

  9. select the amount of time each "1" entered represents from the dropdown menu (i.e. 15, 30, 45, 60)

  10. click the "save" button

Failure Steps:

  1. the schedule/template has not been added/created successfully and is not available to the users in the system.

Success Steps:

  1. expected result: schedule/template has been added to the doctor for the time period specified

Alternate Flows:

  1. the staff has the ability select/enter various values for the schedule/template when adding/creating it
