Inbox - document upload
Actors/Related actors:
- Business Clerks, Records Team, Nurse Practitioners and Physicians
Pre-action requirements/state:
- OSCAR is configured and working as expected
- OSCAR user is configured with rights to the inbox
- You are logged into OSCAR as this user
Post-action state:
- OSCAR Inbox is working as expected
Steps to perform the test case:
- Click the "Inbox" link
- Click the "Doc Upload" (a)
- Select Pending Docs from the "Destination" drop down menu
- Select the Provider from the "Send to Provider" drop down menu
- Click the "Add files" button to browse locally for files to be uploaded
- Click the "Start Upload" button (b)
- Close the Multiple Document Upload window.Â
- Refresh the Inbox (c)
Failure Steps:
- failure result: The document upload has failed by not uploading successfully or not being displayed correctly after in the inbox
Success Steps:
- expected result: Inbox functionality is working as expected
- The "Upload Multiple Documents" window is opened
- Documents have been uploaded successfully to the Inbox (selected destination)
- The Inbox displays an indicator for the document upload that just completed.
Alternate Flows:
- In step 3 the user can select "Incoming Docs". Documents uploaded here will NOT go directly into the physicians Inbox
