Description:

creating users in OSCAR

Actors/Related actors:

1. administration team

Pre-action requirements/state:

1. OSCAR and MyOSCAR (where applicable) are both configured and working as expected

Post-action state:

1. OSCAR users have been added successfully to the system

Steps to perform the test case:

1. login to OSCAR with admin privileges

2. click on "administration"

3. click on "Add a Provider Record"

4. click the "suggest" button for the Provider No: textboxt

5. enter in the last name for the provider

6. enter in the first name for the provider

7. select a user type for the provider (doctor)

8. click "add provider record"

Failure Steps:

1. OSCAR user is not successfully created

Success Steps:

1. expected result: a provider record has been successfully created

Alternate Flows:

1. the staff has the ability select/enter various values when creating the OSCAR user (i.e. name, login, dob, role, permissions...etc)
