Description:

Adding scanned documents to patients eChart.

Actors/Related actors:

  1. Records team

Pre-action requirements/state:

  1. OSCAR and MyOSCAR (where applicable) are both configured and working as expected.

Post-action state:

  1. Scanned documents are updated and saved successfully in the patients eChart.

Steps to perform the test case:

  1. open OSCAR
  2. search for a patient
  3. scan a document(s)
  4. give description
  5. save and upload the labs to the inbox for preview

Failure Steps:

  1. Scanned document is not added successfully.

Success Steps:

  1. Expected Result: Scanned document is added successfully to the OSCAR inbox for processing.
