1. Reports
1.1 Summary
1.1.1 Business Need
Defined users:
MRP doctors, residents, nurses, team assistants and other medical staff with the credentials and rights to access OSCAR web-site. General user is given administrative rights.
Main purpose of Reports is:
To print a day sheet
To set up static cohorts of patients
To generate patient recall list for preventative care activities
To determine percentages needed to submit billings for preventative care
1.1.2. Description
There are various common reports used in a medical office.
Day sheet report shows list of appointments for date range selected. Day Sheet Reports use cases are designed to print day sheet sorted chronologically, by patient name or chart number.
Demographic report tool allows to select the criteria from the database. Demographic Report Tool use cases are designed to to set up static cohorts of patients (patients may belong to more than one cohort).
Prevention Report allows to view a certain patient set’s prevention status information. Prevention Report use cases are designed to generate patient recall list for preventative care activities, letters from recall list page and percentages needed to submit billings for preventative care enhancement codes.
1.1.3. Pre-action requirements/state:
OSCAR McMaster Test Version 12.1, system, and DB are up, configured and working as expected.
1.1.4. Post-action state:
OSCAR McMaster Test Version 12.1 is running and behaving as expected.
OSCAR McMaster Test Version 12.1 has all functionality prior to the change (outside of removing functionality intentionally)
