Adding/editing/inactivating of allergies in the patients eChart

Actors/Related actors:

1. Physicians team

Pre-action requirements/state:

1. OSCAR and MyOSCAR (where applicable) are both configured and working as expected.
2. Drugref is configured and working as expected (Drug reference database)

Post-action state:

1. Appointments have been booked successfully.

Steps to perform the test case:

1. navigate to the OSCAR URL
2. search for a demographic (patient)
3. select the patients e-chart
4. click allergies
5. search for allergies (1)
6. add pre-defined allergies to demographic record (2)
7. add custom allergies to demographic record (3)
8. inactivate any associated active allergies on the demographics record (4)

Failure Steps:

1. User is not able to view, search, add and inactivate the allergies associated with the demographic

Success Steps:

1. Expected result:
   
   1. User is able to view allergies associated with the demographic
   2. User is able to search for allergies when viewing the demographic record - allergies (1)
   3. User is able to add pre-defined allergies to the demographic record (2) (3)
   4. User is able to add custom allergies to the demographic record (4)

Alternate Flows:

1. The staff has the ability select/enter various values while manipulating the allergy records.
