This test case covers the ability to ensure that the following information is available within the health tracker module: Name, Date of Birth, Sex, HIN, Link to MyOSCAR

Actors/Related actors:

  1. Care Provider

Pre-action requirements/state:

  • Care provider is active in OSCAR
  • A patient demographic must exist in OSCAR
  • Patient has a MyOSCAR account

Post-action state:

  • The following information is presented:
    • Name (Last, First): aligned left
    • Link to MyOSCAR account, Date of Birth (yyyy-mm-dd(age)), Sex (Male/Female), HIN: aligned right

Steps to perform the test case:

  1. Login to OSCAR as a Care Provider
  2. Click the Search button along the top menu
  3. Enter in the last name for the existing patient demographic on the Patient Search Results page
  4. Click the Search button beside the search input box
  5. Once the patient demographic shows up in the results table Click E to access the patient's Encounter page
  6. Once in the Encounter page, on the left hand side under the Measurements heading, Click Health Tracker
  7. Once in Health Tracker page, in the Header section ensure that the following information is available
    1. Name (Last, First): aligned left
    2. Link to MyOSCAR account, Date of Birth (yyyy-mm-dd(age)), Sex (Male/Female), HIN (align right)

Failure Steps:

  1. The header demographic information and MyOSCAR link is not displayed

Success Steps:

  1. The header demographic information and MyOSCAR link is displayed
