Description:

This test case covers the ability to add multiple measurement values to measurements displayed in a flowsheet.

Actors/Related actors:

  1. care provider

Pre-action requirements/state:

  1. Care provider is active in OSCAR
  2. A patient demographic must exist in OSCAR

Post-action state:

  • The patient demographic contains multiple measurement values and the date added to the corresponding measurements in Health Tracker
  • The inserted measurement values should be added to the patient's most recent E-Chart note

Steps to perform the test case

  1. Login to OSCAR as a Care Provider
  2. Click the Search button along the top menu
  3. Enter in the last name for the existing patient demographic on the Patient Search Results page
  4. Click the Search button beside the search input box
  5. Once the patient demographic shows up in the results table Click E to access the patient's Encounter page
  6. Once in the Encounter page, on the left hand side under the Measurements heading, Click Health Tracker
  7. Once the Health Tracker page is open insert valid values to multiple measurements
  8. At the bottom of the Health Tracker page, Click the Save All button

Failure Steps:

  1. An error message will appear stating invalid measurement(s) have been entered.
  2. No measurement values are added to the patient's Health Tracker page
  3. No measurement values are added to the patient's most recent Encounter note

Success Steps:

  1. The measurements will be successfully added to the database for the patient demographic.
  2. The measurement values and date added will appear under the corresponding measurements in Health Tracker.
  3. A measurements note will be added to the patient's most recent Encounter note
