Allow the automated submission of a request to the HRM for transmission of qualified reports.
Actors/Related actors:
- Business Clerks, Records Team, Nurse Practitioners and Physicians
Pre-action requirements/state:
- OSCAR is configured and working as expected
- OSCAR user is configured with rights to the inbox
- OSCAR user is configured with rights to the patients eChart
- You are logged into OSCAR as this user
- Labs or Documents exist in OSCAR for this users InboxHRM preferences have been configured correctly (user name, SFTP site, private key, decryption key)
Post-action state:
- OSCAR Inbox is working as expected
Steps to perform the test case:
- Click the "InboxAdmin" link in OSCAR
- Click Hospital Report Manager (HRM) Preferences
- Enter the minutes in the "Auto Polling Interval" textbox
- Click the "Submit" button
Failure Steps:
- failure result: The labs and or documents are not opened/displayed for signing and saving (editing)user is not able to adjust the automatic polling time (frequency) and automatic polling is not setup as expected

- the demographic import file has been imported successfully into OSCAR. All of the data in the import record is reflected in the demographic eChart and Master Record
