Description:

booking appointments for patients (demographic users) within OSCARsimulation of the OHIP file enables the billing team to be able to reconcile any errors before the OHIP file generation

Pre-action requirements/state:

1. OSCAR and MyOSCAR (where applicable) are both configured and working as expected

Post-action state:

1. appointments have been booked successfullyreturns proper set of records based on query/filter.  OHIP file simulation is successful

Steps to perform the test case:

1. navigate to the OSCAR URL
2. click on a time in the calendar (add a appointment window opens)
3. enter in the details of the appointment (date, times, status, duration, doctor, patient (Lname), reason, notes, location and resources
4. click the "Add appointment" button

Failure Steps:

1. the appointment is not successfully bookedAdministration -> Billing -> Simulation OHIP file
2. select care provider from the dropdown menu
3. select a start date - january 1 2013
4. select an end date - july 15 2013
5. click "create report"

Failure Steps:

1. returns proper set of records based on query/filter.  OHIP file simulation is unsuccessful

Success Steps:

1. expected result: appointment is booked with all the details entered in by the staff for the appointmentreturns proper set of records based on query/filter.  OHIP file simulation is successful.

Alternate Flows:

1. the staff has the ability select/enter various values for the appointment details, patient details and the provider details
