   1. the document demographic import file has been uploaded to the inbox for the selected provider
   2. the lab has been uploaded to the inbox for the selected provider
   3. The eChart for the selected demographic contains the records (document and labs) that have been matched to their record.  The document and lab are visible and accessible from the demographic eChartimported successfully into OSCAR.  All of the data in the import record is reflected in the demographic eChart and Master Record
