Editing/update consultations.

Actors/Related actors:

1. Reception team

Pre-action requirements/state:

1. OSCAR and MyOSCAR (where applicable) are both configured and working as expected

Post-action state:

1. Consultations are displayed and working as expected

Steps to perform the test case:

1. open OSCAR

2. navigate to the consultations

3. click on the "service" column label/title

4. navigate to the consultations

   click on a consultations

   make changes to the consultation

   click "update consultation request"

   Expected Result: consultation is updated and reflected immediately (changes)

Failure Steps:

1. Results are not based on "Service" type

Success Steps:

1. Expected Result: results are sorted based on "Service" type.
