OSP Resources

This space is dedicated to the sharing of resources with all OSCAR Service Providers (OSPs).  All resources are organized according to OSCAR EMR's Quality Management System, with each category being further divided according to the the following sub-categories: Forms, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions.  

Resources within the Forms section are any documents that can be completed or require signatures.  The SOP section contains workflow diagrams that outline specific processes related to OSCAR's Quality Management System.  Finally, the Work Instructions section contains supplemental information specific processes or tasks.
