  1. Click the "Admin" link in OSCAR
  2. Click Hospital Report Manager (HRM) Preferences
  3. Enter in incorrect data (invalid or wrong user name) in the 'user name' field
  4. Enter in incorrect data (invalid or incorrect location) in the 'SFTP download folder' textbox
  5. Upload the incorrect Private key
  6. Upload the incorrect Decryption key
  7. Enter in incorrect data (invalid) in the 'auto polling interval' textbox
  8. Click the 'Submit' button
  9. Navigate to Admin -> Hospital Report Manager (HRM) Status
  10. Click "Fetch New Data from HRM"
  11. Click the inbox to see status messages

Failure Steps:

  1. failure result: No status messages are provided to the user in the GUI or audit trail indicating the errors that existNewest version of the HRM report is not available in the patient's record

Success Steps:

expected result: User receives messages via the GUI and/or audit trail detailing the errors in the HRM preferences

  1. User receives message about invalid user name supplied
  2. User receives message about invalid or incorrect SFTP folder location
  3. User receives message about incorrect private key used
  4. User receives message about incorrect decryption key used

 

i.e. 

OSCAR attempted to perform a fetch of HRM data at Thu Jan 09 15:26:43 EST 2014 but there was an error during the task.

See below for the error message:

  1. The most current report instance should be presented in the patient’s chart with prior versions accessible when required
  2. Verify that for different instances/versions of the same downloaded HRM report the EMR Offering displays the most current instance with prior instances available.

  3. Verify that annotations are associated to correct instance.

  1. Check the audit trail for downloaded HRM reports that are changed.
