Actors/Related actors:

1. billing nurse practitioner team

Pre-action requirements/state:

1. OSCAR and MyOSCAR (where applicable) are both configured and working as expected.

Post-action state:

1. successful creation of third party bill for patient(s).  third party bill record is saved for review or future editconsultations are available for viewing and updating.

Steps to perform the test case:

1. navigate to OSCAR and login as care provider/nurse practitioner
2. click on "search" for patient
3. select a patient from the search results
4. click on "create invoice"
5. select a provider from the list
6. enter in a billing item (code)
7. enter in diagnostic code
8. select "3rd party" from the billing type dropdown menu (select this first, form resets after this selection)
9. click "next"
10. click "save"

Failure Steps:

1. unsuccessful creation of third party bill for patient(s).  third party bill record is NOT saved for review or future editinbox
2. click search to retrieve some records (if no consultations are assigned to you)
3. click on a patients name to bring up consultation

Expected Result: User is able to view the consultation

Failure Steps:

1. user is not able to search and view the consultations.

Success Steps:

1. expected result: successful creation of third party bill for patient(s).  third party bill record is saved for review or future editUser is able to view the consultation.
