Success Steps:

1. expected result: schedule/template has been added/created successfullyInbox functionality is working as expected
   1. The window titled "Lab Reports" is displayed containing all of the labs/documents in the inbox for the selected care provider
   2. All of the labs/documents are presented in the popup window.  You will only initially see 5, but if you start to scroll down past the 5th one, the next set of labs/documents will show up.
