Description:
acknowledging the lab consultations (optional to add comment)sending messages through the inbox tool between OSCAR staff.
Actors/Related actors:
- nurse practitioner team
Pre-action requirements/state:
- OSCAR and MyOSCAR (where applicable) are both configured and working as expected.
Post-action state:
- consultations are available for viewing after being acknowledgedsystem is behaving as expected. Messages are sent and received and filed as expected..
Steps to perform the test case:
- navigate to OSCAR and login as care provider/nurse practioner
- click on inboxmsg
- click search to retrieve some records (if no consultations are assigned to you)
- click on a patients name to bring up consultation
- click the "acknowledge" button
- enter in comments in the comment textbox and click "ok"
- reply to message (enter in message details)
- send message
Failure Steps:
- consultations can not be acknowledged successfullyusers are not able to view, send, reply, delete and archive messages.
Success Steps:
- expected result: lab consultations have been successfully acknowledgedExpected result: users are able to view, send, reply, delete and archive messages.
