adding comments to acknowledging the lab consultations (optional to add comment).

Actors/Related actors:

1. nurse practitioner team

Pre-action requirements/state:

1. OSCAR and MyOSCAR (where applicable) are both configured and working as expected.

Post-action state:

1. consultations and systems are working as expected after the update of comments on the consultationsare available for viewing after being acknowledged.

Steps to perform the test case:

1. navigate to OSCAR and login as care provider/nurse practioner
2. click on inbox
3. click search to retrieve some records (if no consultations are assigned to you)
4. click on a patients name to bring up consultation
5. click the "commentacknowledge" add text to button
6. enter in comments in the comment boxtextbox and click "ok"

Failure Steps:

1. user is not able to edit and add comments to the consultationconsultations can not be acknowledged successfully.

Success Steps:

1. expected result: User is able to edit and add comments to the consultationlab consultations have been successfully acknowledged.
