  1. Click the "Admin" link in OSCAR
  2. Click Hospital Report Manager (HRM) StatusClick the button "Fetch New Data From HRM") Preferences
  3. Enter in incorrect data (invalid or wrong user name) in the 'user name' field
  4. Enter in incorrect data (invalid or incorrect location) in the 'SFTP download folder' textbox
  5. Upload the incorrect Private key
  6. Upload the incorrect Decryption key
  7. Enter in incorrect data (invalid) in the 'auto polling interval' textbox
  8. Click the 'Submit" button
  9. Allow for the time to execute (time in automatic polling interval) to allow for the errors to trigger
  10. Check the inbox for status messages
  11. Check the audit trail

Failure Steps:

  1. failure result: The user is not able to access and/or trigger the manual polling process.No status messages are provided to the user in the GUI or audit trail indicating the errors that exist

Success Steps:

expected result: User is able to adjust the frequency of the automatic polling

  2. User receives message about invalid or incorrect SFTP folder location
  3. User receives message about incorrect private key used
  4. User receives message about incorrect decryption key used
