- OSCAR and MyOSCAR (where applicable) are both configured and working as expected.

- Specialist records are updated successfully and are displayed and working as expected.
Steps to perform the test case:
- open OSCAR
navigate to the consultations
click on a consultations
click "Edit Specialists listing"
make changes to a specialist
click "Save"

- Specialist record is not updated successfully.

- Expected Result: Specialist record is updated successfully.
