Steps to perform the test case:

1. open OSCAR

2. navigate to

   Administration -> Billing -> Simulation OHIP file
3. select care provider from the dropdown menu
4. select a start date - january 1 2013
5. select an end date - july 15 2013
6. click "create report"

7. click on the "service" column label/title

Failure Steps:

1. returns proper set of records based on query/filter.  OHIP file simulation is unsuccessfulResults are not based on "Service" type
