Actors/Related actors:

1. Business Clerks, Records Team, Nurse Practitioners and Physicians

Pre-action requirements/state:

1. OSCAR is configured and working as expected
2. OSCAR user is configured with rights to the inbox
3. You are logged into OSCAR as this user

Post-action state:

1. OSCAR Inbox is working as expected

Steps to perform the test case:

1. Click the "Inbox" link (a)
2. Click the "Create lab" (b)
3. Select the lab type from the "Lab Name" dropdown menu
4. Enter in the Accession number in the "Accession #" textbox
5. Select the Lab Requisition date by using the date picker in the "Lab Req" textbox
6. Enter in the billing # in the "Billing #" textbox
7. Enter the last name of the ordering provider in the "Last Name" textbox (under Ordering Provider)
8. Enter the first name of the ordering provider in the "First Name" textbox (under Ordering Provider)
9. Enter the CC in the "CC" textbox
10. Enter in the last name in the "Last Name" textbox for the patient under the "Patient Information" heading
11. Enter in the first name in the "First Name" textbox for the patient under the "Patient Information" heading
12. Select the SEX from the "Sex" dropdown menu
13. Select the DOB of the patient from the DOB date picker
14. Enter in the HIN number of the patient in the "HIN" textbox
15. Enter in the phone number for the patient in the "Phone" textboxOLIS Search" (b)

Failure Steps:

1. failure result: User can't successfully create the lab manually

Success Steps:

1. expected result: Inbox functionality is working as expected
   1. The "Lab Reports" window is displayed (popup)
   2. The "Lab Creator" window is displayed (popup)
