Steps to perform the test case:

1. navigate to the OSCAR URL
2. search for a demographic (patient)
3. select the patients e-chart
4. click on "Preventions" (1)
5. click on "Tickler" (2)
6. click on "Desease Registry" (3)
7. click on "Forms" (4)
8. click on "eForms" (5)
9. click on "Documents" (6)
10. click on "Lab Result" (7)
11. click on "Messenger" (8)
12. click on "Measurements" (9)
13. click on "Consultations" (10)
14. click on "HRM Documents" (11)
