eChart CPP

1.0 Test All Mandatory OMD Ongoing Concerns data

#2	Log In	Oscar welcome page prompts user to Enter credentials (User Name/ Password) Click on the OSCAR EMR logo on the top left hand corner of the window at the beginning of the menu line to access the new UI.	By entering right credentials user is getting system verification acceptance. Once logged in, user is redirected to the Appointment screen with various OSCAR options
#3	Search the patient name	Access Patient Search Results drop down (list) from Search	Patient search results is accessible from Search results drop down list.
#4	Activate eChart module	Select Summary tab to open eChart or patient summary from the current record	eChart or patient summary screen is opened for the selected patient
#5	Open new Ongoing Concerns form	Click on “+” sign at the right top of Ongoing Concerns box	Ongoing concerns popup window displays
#6	Fill out the form	Fill out the fields to complete the form	Form is completed
#7	Verify all mandatory OMD ongoing concerns data elements	Verify that all ongoing concerns data elements are included in the form: Date of Onset (Start Date), Life Stage, Resolution Date, Problem Description, Problem Status, Notes and Assigned Issues.	All mandatory ongoing concerns data elements are included in the form (Check OntarioMD requirements)
#8	Select “Ongoing Concerns as part of CPP” option	Verify that “Ongoing Concerns as part of CPP” is checked off by default	“Ongoing Concerns as part of CPP” is checked off
#9	Sign, Save and Exit	Click on Sign, Save and Exit button	Note is Signed, Saved and closed
#10	View the Note	Note should be listed in Ongoing Concerns section	Note is listed in Ongoing Concerns section
#11	View Note History	Click on any Ongoing Concerns notes on the list	Note History page opens and Ongoing Concerns notes are listed.
