Oscar set up with CAISI Integrator.
To replicate the specific issue;
a patent chart needs to be linked between 2 facilities through the Integrator. The origin patient chart needs to be female and must contain at least 1 PAP in the Prevention's module.
Clinic 1 contains the origin chart, Clinic 2 is linking to the origin chart.
Clinic 2
searches for and imports patient chart from Clinic 1
then modifies the gender to male in the imported demographic profile.
opens the eChart of the modified chart.
A PAP appears in the eChart of this modified male patient demographic. The PAP disappears when the chart is closed.
The PAP entry seems to persist in the interface so that it appears in every eChart of every patient.
This seems to be related to an error that is thrown when the Preventions algorithm does seem to know how to handle a male patient with a PAP
We are not exactly sure why this happens and we are deeply concerned that this may be happening in other situations with less obvious prevention values. The potential for false data is a patient safety issue although this only seems to happen with Integrated Oscar instances, therefore this ticket was assigned a score of 7
