Add the status "Confirmed" as an appointment status. This will be used to mark appointments where the patient has been contacted before the appointment to verify that they are coming.
This will interaction with the appointment screen and the appointment creator/editor
Some clinics have used custom appointment statuses to accomplish this. They can continue to use their custom status or migrate to this standardized one.
Clinics will continue to create custom statuses instead of using a standardized type
1. edit an appointment and set the status to confirmed.
2. Verify in the appointment screen it is showing as confirmed.
