If a patient has labs that have a NULL test date these labs were successfully filed when we were running Oscar 12. When we displayed the patients encounter in Oscar 12 we had no problem. Since moving to Oscar 15 we can no longer see any of the lab results for those patients in either the classic or the new interface. In the classic encounter we get ERROR:500 under the labs column and with the new interface we get a blank incoming box.
In Oscar 12 we were originally not able to file these lab results but this was fixed with "“#4044 NPE in Inbox for null obr_date”.
This is happening for about 15% of our patients - the doctor is not able to see any lab results for this set of patients.
It looks like the error is in EctDisplayLabAction2 when it attempts to format the service date.

To reproduce it you need to file a lab result with a NULL date and then display the patient's encounter. If using the Classic encounter you will see ERROR:500 under Labs.
